Pixie Cats

1. Introduction

Serbo Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Pixie Cats (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a) Information collected automatically

• A randomly generated device identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device to track gameplay progress and analytics. This does not include your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
• Gameplay events such as levels started, completed, or failed; power-ups purchased or used; gold earned or spent; and time spent per level.
• App version and general session information.

b) Information collected via third-party services

• Google AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data to show relevant advertisements. This requires your consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on iOS.
• Apple Game Center may collect your Apple ID information if you choose to authenticate. This is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
• Apple StoreKit processes In-App Purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and we never receive your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Analyse gameplay patterns to improve game design and balance
• Understand which levels are too hard or too easy
• Track which features players use most
• Show relevant advertisements via Google AdMob (with your consent)
• Process and deliver In-App Purchases
• Maintain and improve the App

We do not use your information to identify you personally, contact you, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Gameplay progress (level, gold, stars, energy) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and is not uploaded to our servers.

Anonymised analytics events are sent to our Supabase database hosted in the European Union. This data contains only the anonymous device UUID, gameplay events, and session information — no personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Apple Game Center — leaderboards & achievements
• Apple StoreKit — In-App Purchases
• Supabase — analytics database

6. Advertising and Tracking

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. When you first open the App, you will be asked for permission to track your activity via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

• If you grant permission: AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show personalised ads.
• If you decline: AdMob will show non-personalised ads. Your gameplay experience is not affected.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

Pixie Cats is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The analytics data we collect is fully anonymous and contains no personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months for game improvement analysis, after which it is deleted.

Local game progress data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Right to access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your anonymous analytics data
• Right to restriction: request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to object: object to our processing of your data

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the data we collect, including encrypted HTTPS connections and row-level security on our analytics database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
